目的全面的描述中专学生心理健康的需求,为心理健康教育提供更为客观和务实的依据。方法利用半结构问卷法对中专生目前心理健康的特点进行了调查研究。结果1总体来看,中专学生最感兴趣的心理健康问题是认识自我和完善自我,最不感兴趣的问题是异性关系。但是不同的学生对于“异性关系”问题的感兴趣程度差异最为明显;2以学习为目标的中专生更为关心自我认识和自我完善问题,以工作为目标的中专生更为感兴趣学习动机和兴趣以及人际交往的问题;3多元方差分析表明,以学习为目标的学生与以工作为目标的学生在学习动机和兴趣、职业选择和职业性向3个问题上的选择差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中专学生心理健康教育的重点应该放在学生自我认识和自我完善的问题上。同时针对目标不同的学生应该实行分层教育。
Objective To comprehensively describe the needs of secondary school students’ mental health and provide a more objective and pragmatic basis for mental health education. Methods Semi-structured questionnaire was used to investigate the current characteristics of mental health of secondary school students. Results 1 Overall, the most important psychological health problems for secondary school students are self-awareness and self-improvement. The least interest is the same-sex relationship. However, different students have the most obvious differences in the degree of interest in “heterosexual relations”; 2 secondary school students aiming at learning are more concerned with self-awareness and self-improvement, while work-oriented secondary school students are more interested in learning Motivation and interest as well as interpersonal communication. 3 Multivariate analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in the choice of motivation and interests, career choices and occupations among the students who took the study as the targets and those who did the job as the targets (P < 0.05). Conclusion The emphasis of psychological health education in secondary school students should be placed on students’ self-awareness and self-improvement. At the same time for different goals students should implement a hierarchical education.
