前言 L.Habraken曾指出钢中贝氏体形态除典型上、下贝氏体外,尚有一种粒状贝氏体。其组织特征为:在贝氏体铁素体基体上,有奥氏体(或其转变产物)的“小岛”。近年来,不少国产低、中合金钢的研究中报导了粒状贝氏体的存在,并发现其对强度、韧性及加工性能等均有影响。为了控制组织以改善性能,需要了解它的形成条件和机理。关于粒状贝氏体的形成机理目前尚无一致的看法,现有观点大致有两类: (1) 认为是块形转变的一种; (2)认为属于上贝氏体转变类型。本文的目的在于通过对一种低碳低合金钢中粒状贝氏体形成过程的观察,探讨它的形成条件和转变特点,关于粒状贝氏体的断裂特性将有另文报导。
Foreword L.Habraken has pointed out that in addition to the typical bainite in steel, lower bainite, there is a granular bainite. Its organizational characteristics: in the bainitic ferrite matrix, there is austenite (or its transformation product) “island ”. In recent years, many domestic low, medium alloy steel reported in the presence of granular bainite and found that it has an impact on the strength, toughness and processing performance. In order to control the organization to improve performance, you need to understand its formation conditions and mechanism. There is no consensus on the formation mechanism of granular bainite. There are two kinds of opinions about the formation of granular bainite: (1) It is considered as a kind of block transformation; (2) Belonging to the type of upper bainite transformation. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the formation and transformation characteristics of granular bainite in a low-carbon, low-alloy steel, and to report the fracture behavior of granular bainite.
