FBG(光纤光栅)传感器具有体积小、质量轻、灵敏度高、耐腐蚀、抗电磁干扰等诸多其他传感器所不具备的优点,非常适合埋入混凝土结构进行温度及应变监测。采用埋入式光纤光栅应变传感器对大体积混凝土内部应变变化进行监测,可以直观、及时准确地获知结构状态,及时采取措施可以预防大体积混凝土结构的开裂。本文结合哈尔滨西客站P-Q-R轨道层大体积混凝土结构工程实例介绍了光纤光栅应变传感器在大体积混凝土施工阶段的应变监测中的应用。
FBG sensors have the advantages of small volume, light weight, high sensitivity, corrosion resistance, anti-electromagnetic interference and many other sensors that are not suitable for embedding in concrete structures for temperature and strain monitoring. The embedded FBG strain sensor is used to monitor the internal strain changes of mass concrete. The structure state can be obtained intuitively, timely and accurately, and timely measures can prevent the cracking of mass concrete structures. In this paper, the application of FBG strain sensor in the strain monitoring of mass concrete construction stage is introduced based on the engineering example of P-Q-R orbit mass concrete structure at Harbin West Railway Station.
