总政最近下发全军的《思想工作骨干培训大纲》、《党支部保卫委员培训大纲》,是指导部队基层工作的重要文件。对负责民兵、预备役工作的人武系统来说,这同样值得期待和关注,需要认真地、创造性地贯彻落实。在大纲指导下,加强后备军的“两支队伍”建设,从而落实好胡主席“三个下功夫、一个落到实处”的抓基层要求。 The recent issuance of the “Outline of Ideological Work Training Syllabus” and “Training Program for Defending Members of Party Branches” issued by the General Political Department is an important document that guides the work of grassroots units of the armed forces.
