离子透镜程序 ( IL P)用来模拟平面对称或轴对称的静电场作用下的电场分布以及离子在电场中的运动轨迹。作者所开发的 ILP,其电场分布计算采用有限差分法。IL P面向实际应用 ,适合于不同电极尺寸、不同初始条件下的静电场分布计算和离子轨迹模拟 ,给出系统终点时的束流半径、散角、能量等参数。ILP可用于离子源、电子枪等装置的引出加速系统设计及参数验证。ILP被应用于两个不同系统的静电场计算 ,其结果与实际情况符合
The ion lens program (IL P) is used to simulate the electric field distribution and the trajectories of ions in an electric field under a plane-symmetric or axisymmetric electrostatic field. The author developed by ILP, the electric field distribution calculation using finite difference method. IL P is suitable for practical applications and is suitable for electrostatic field distribution calculation and ion trajectory simulation under different electrode sizes and initial conditions. Parameters such as beam radius, divergence angle and energy at the system end point are given. ILP can be used in ion source, electron gun and other devices to accelerate the system design and parameter verification. The ILP is applied to the calculation of the electrostatic field in two different systems and the result is in accordance with the actual situation
