为了探索我市乡(镇)卫生院卫生人力资源的调出情况和人才留不住的原因,制定相应的人才管理政策,稳定卫生队伍我们于1988年3月对1980年至1987年乡(镇)卫生院卫生人力的流出情况进行了调查,现将结果浅析如下。
