以乙烯基三(2,2,2-三氟)乙氧基硅烷为单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙腈为溶剂,通过溶液聚合法合成了聚乙烯基三(2,2,2-三氟)乙氧基硅烷。考察了溶剂用量、引发剂用量、温度、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件。并运用FT-IR、1 H-NMR、GPC对产物进行了表征,同时对合成聚合物疏水性能进行了研究。结果表明:在投料质量配合比为乙烯基三(2,2,2-三氟)乙氧基硅烷∶乙腈∶偶氮二异丁腈=1∶2.8∶0.005,反应温度70℃、反应时间9h,产品收率达91.3%,数均分子量为2.3×104。用制得的聚合物修饰经化学刻蚀的铝合金片的水滴接触角为155°,滚动角<2°,具有优异超疏水性能。
Using vinyl tris (2,2,2-trifluoro) ethoxysilane as monomer, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator and acetonitrile as solvent, poly (vinyl tris (2,2 , 2-trifluoro) ethoxysilane. The effects of solvent dosage, initiator dosage, temperature, reaction time and other factors on the yield of the product were investigated, and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined. The products were characterized by FT-IR, 1 H-NMR and GPC. The hydrophobic properties of the synthesized polymers were also studied. The results showed that when the mass ratio of feedstock was vinyl tris (2,2,2-trifluoro) ethoxysilane: acetonitrile: azobisisobutyronitrile = 1: 2.8: 0.005, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and the reaction time was 9h , Product yield of 91.3%, number average molecular weight of 2.3 × 104. The polymer modified chemically etched aluminum alloy sheet has a water drop contact angle of 155 ° and a roll angle of <2 °, with excellent superhydrophobic properties.
