通过化学成分、金相组织及夹杂物检测的方法对开裂的PC钢棒进行分析。结果表明:PC钢棒原料30MnSi盘条存在表面裂纹、夹杂物以及金相组织不均匀是引起PC钢棒开裂的主要原因,提出了预防措施。 Cracked PC steel bars were analyzed by chemical composition, microstructure and inclusion testing. The results show that there are surface cracks, inclusions and uneven microstructure of the 30MnSi wire rod of the PC steel rod, which is the main reason for the cracking of the PC steel rod. Preventive measures are put forward.
