目的:研究缺血性肾损伤后尿表皮生长因子(EGF)排泄的变化,与移植肾功能恢复在时相上的关系,以及在肾小管再生中的作用。方法:对12例尸体肾移植术后肾功能顺利恢复的患者,用放射免疫法检测其术前及术后1~90天尿EGF排出量的动态变化。结果:移植肾术后尿EGF的排泄量短期下降,仅数小时或几天即恢复到正常人一侧健肾的排泄量,其恢复速度与肾小球滤过率的恢复速度相当,但二者无线性相关。尿EGF排出量的恢复领先于肾小管功能(FE-Na)尿渗量、尿磷排泄量、尿NAG酶活性的恢复。结论:尿液中EGF可能在肾小管的再生、肾功能的恢复中起促进作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of urinary epidermal growth factor (EGF) excretion after ischemic renal injury in relation to the time-dependent recovery of renal graft function and its role in renal tubular regeneration. Methods: The dynamic changes of urinary EGF excretion before and 1 to 90 days after operation were measured by radioimmunoassay in 12 patients whose renal function recovered successfully after cadaveric renal transplantation. Results: The excretion of urinary EGF excreted shortly after transplanted renal allograft. The excretion of healthy kidneys returned to the normal side in only a few hours or days, and the recovery rate was similar to the recovery rate of glomerular filtration rate. However, No radio related. The recovery of urinary EGF excretion led the regression of urinary excretion of renal tubular function (FE-Na), urinary phosphate excretion and urinary NAG enzyme activity. Conclusion: Urinary EGF may play an important role in the regeneration of renal tubules and the recovery of renal function.
