现将我院收治的突发性耳聋80例报告如下。临床资料一、本组共80例(84耳),男43例,女37例。4例双侧突聋。年龄17～68岁。本组病人伴耳鸣75例(79耳),伴眩晕7例。病人发病到就医时间3天以内44例,4～7天17例,8～14天5例,15天以上14例。二、病人就诊时纯音测听曲线(采用 MAD-SONOB822听力计),其听力测定数值取5个周波数平均值(250～4000赫,并由专人在同一隔音室测试)其听力曲线测试结果为:听力损失程度在39dB 以下者为12耳,40～59dB 者为41耳,60～89dB 者为25耳,90dB 以上者为6耳。
