黄陵矿业集团2×300MW低热值资源综合利用电厂工程,自2010年3月1日主厂房土方开挖以来,截至目前,项目基本建设进展顺利。在项目基本建设管理中电厂筹建处领导们尊重科学,结合实际,勇于创新,敢于创新,先后实行了“4+1”的管理模式,引进专业商混站和第三方试验站,树立永临结合理念,实践五精管理与基本建设的有机融合,取得了可喜的实效。
