目的:研究益气活血法对急性脑缺血大鼠血管生成的影响。方法:本课题组将大鼠为分正常组、模型组、给药组(补阳还五汤组),分别于脑梗死后3、7、14 d行脑组织切片检测每平方毫米面积内微血管的数量,观察有CD31阳性细胞表达情况。结果:与正常组及模型组相比,发现给药组大鼠缺血侧皮质梗死灶周边区微血管密度明显增多,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),给药组(G-H)各个时间点(再灌注3、7、14 d)有CD31阳性细胞表达均显著增多(P<0.01),分布密集,着色显著。结论:补阳还五汤可促进缺血侧大鼠梗死灶周边区CD3l的表达,从而可能促进了脑缺血/再灌注大鼠的血管新生,促进三级侧支循环(新生血管)代偿建立作用,改善了脑微循环。
Objective: To study the effects of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation on angiogenesis in rats with acute cerebral ischemia. Methods: In this research group, rats were divided into normal group, model group and administration group (Buyang Huanwu Decoction group).
