China Advertising Magazine (Issue 12) published a survey of 15 advertising agencies in Shanghai called “Advertising Industry Salary Secret” (see attached table). Due to the vast diversity of advertising agencies in the country and the lack of representativeness of their data, the author believes that there are still quite some typicalities.
