增值税是我国第一大税种。自2012年“营改增”试点工作的的推行,到2013年扩大“营改增”试点范围,这是为了加快扩大试点步伐,进一步释放改革红利,减轻企业税负,提高经济竞争力。结合我们勘察设计单位“营改增”的试行,通过认真总结经验,及时跟踪评估,完善政策措施,取得了可喜的成效。
Value-added tax is China’s largest tax. Since 2012, the implementation of pilot projects of “reforming the battalion and increasing profits” and the expansion of the scope of “pilot batches of VAT reform” in 2013 have been implemented in order to speed up the pace of pilot projects, further release the dividend for reform, reduce the corporate tax burden and increase the economy Competitiveness. Combining with the pilot project of “Prospecting, Reforming and Increasing Business” of our survey and design institute, we achieved gratifying results by earnestly summing up experience, tracking and assessing in time, and perfecting policies and measures.
