目的:研究Toll样受体2(Toll-like receptor 2,TLR2)和金属基质蛋白酶2(Matrix Metalloproteinase 2,MMP2)在胎膜早破(Premature Rupture of Membrane,PROM)患者胎盘组织中的定位、表达及这两因子之间的关系。方法:选择足月PROM患者30例(实验组)和同孕期正常妊娠妇女30例(对照组),采用免疫组化和RT-PCR法检测实验组和对照组孕妇胎盘组织中TLR2和MMP2的定位与表达。结果:TLR2、MMP2在足月PROM组胎盘组织中的表达比正常晚期妊娠组明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TLR2 mRNA、MMP2 mRNA在足月胎膜早破组胎盘组织中的表达比正常晚期妊娠妇女明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TLR2和MMP2在胎盘组织的表达可能通过某些机制相互调控,它们的高表达可能与PROM的发生、发展有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the localization and expression of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) in placenta of patients with premature rupture of Membrane (PROM) And the relationship between these two factors. Methods: 30 cases of experimental PROM patients (experimental group) and 30 normal pregnancy women (control group) were selected. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the location of TLR2 and MMP2 in placenta With expression. Results: The expression of TLR2 and MMP2 in placenta of full-term PROM group was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy group (P <0.05). The expressions of TLR2 mRNA and MMP2 mRNA in placenta of full-term PROM group Compared with normal late pregnant women, the expression was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of TLR2 and MMP2 in placenta may be regulated by some mechanisms, and their high expression may be related to the occurrence and development of PROM.
