三、测试装置及测试方法 1.增益G的测试 这里所说的增益实质上就是输出电子的数目与输入电子数之比。而输出电子的个数不可能进行直接测量,只能采用间接测量的方法;这种间接测量法又分为直流式和脉冲式两种,所谓直流式,就是先标定输入电流标准单值I~入,然后测出倍增器的输出电流I_出,则其增益G=I_出/I_入。我们采用脉冲式测试法。如前所述,在这种情况下,若只输入一个电子,则每一个输出脉冲所含的电子数就是倍增器的增益值,所以问题就归结为如何测得脉冲电压。其测试框图如下:
