热电阻大都存在着非线性特性,通常采用一些线性化方法进行校正。常用方法大致可分为硬件校正及软件校正。软件校正一般采用查表法及插值法,比较费时.而且由于传感器的离散性,更换时必须修改相应的程序,此外查表法由于受 EPROM 地址的限制,有时造成存贮室间的浪费。相对而言,硬件线性化较为简单实用。
Most of the thermal resistance exists nonlinear characteristics, usually using some linearization method to correct. Commonly used methods can be divided into hardware correction and software correction. Software calibration generally adopts look-up table method and interpolation method, which takes a lot of time and time.And due to the discreteness of the sensor, it is necessary to modify the corresponding program during the replacement. In addition, the table look-up method may sometimes result in the waste of the storage room due to the limitation of the EPROM address. Relatively speaking, hardware linearization is simple and practical.
