在线系统的实际应用改变了传统电力系统“离线预决策,在线匹配”的紧急控制方案潜在的控制措施过量或措施失配问题。安控策略的优化搜索是在线系统稳控计算的重要内容。提出一种基于EEAC量化分析理论和二分法搜索技术的安控策略搜索方法,其核心是基于EEAC理论并行计算计及控制空间中候选措施后,系统当前工况下的安全稳定裕度,并据此计算各措施的性能代价比。采用二分法技术搜索针对该工况的最优控制策略。基于该方法的安控策略搜索已在多个电网在线系统中得到实际应用,实例表明,该方法可极大缩短安控策略搜索耗时,提高在线系统运行效率。
The practical application of online systems has changed the problem of potential overcontrol measures or mismatch of measures in the case of emergency control schemes for conventional power systems “off-line pre-decision, online matching.” The optimization control of security control strategy is an important part of online system stability control calculation. This paper proposes a security control strategy search method based on EEAC quantitative analysis theory and dichotomy search technology. The core of this method is based on the parallel calculation of EEAC theory and the security and stability margin under the current operating conditions after the candidate measures in control space are calculated. This calculates the cost performance of each measure. The dichotomy technique is used to search for the optimal control strategy for this condition. The safety control strategy search based on this method has been put into practical application in a number of power grids online system. The example shows that this method can greatly shorten the time and cost of security control strategy search and improve the operation efficiency of online system.
