用非完全消化法处理真皮样品,即在90~120℃下,用浓硝酸和过氧化氢消解,直至消化液呈透明淡黄色,再加入乳化剂Triton OP乳化消化过程中所产生的油脂,可获得均匀的样品乳浊液。取适量的乳浊液,以氘灯扣除背景吸收,建立了用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法快速测定铅的方法,并对原子吸收光谱法测铅的条件进行了优化。方法的回收率在90.0%~95.0%,检出限为0.78ng·mL~-1,相对标准偏差小于5%,该法可快速、简便地测得真皮样品中铅的含量。
