采用粉末冶金法在TZM合金的基础上,分别进行固-固掺杂稀土La2O3,固-液掺杂La(NO3)3,经烧结、热轧、温轧、冷轧后得到不同掺杂方式的La-TZM合金板材。用SEM观察粉末形貌、烧结坯组织及板材断口形貌,用粒度分布、EDS分别对合金粉末粒度及合金成分进行分析。结果表明:固-液掺杂La(NO3)3比固-固掺杂稀土La2O3的La-TZM合金板材第二相分布更为均匀、细小;晶粒尺寸较小;且固-液掺杂La(NO3)3合金的抗拉强度比固-固掺杂稀土La2O3也有显著提高,使其提高了10.9%。
On the basis of TZM alloy by powder metallurgy method, La2O3 and La3N3 were respectively solid-solid doped with La2O3 and solid-liquid doping, and different doping methods were obtained after sintering, hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling La-TZM alloy sheet. The morphology of the powder, the structure of the sintered billet and the fracture surface of the plate were observed by SEM. The particle size distribution and EDS were used to analyze the particle size and alloy composition of the alloy powder respectively. The results show that the second phase of La-TZM alloy with solid-liquid doped La (NO3) 3 is more uniform and smaller than the solid-solid doped rare earth La2O3 with smaller grain size. (NO3) 3 alloy tensile strength than solid-solid-doped rare earth La2O3 also significantly increased, making it increased by 10.9%.
