目前有地方小电源接入的110k V变电站均安装有小电源解列装置。虽然安装有小电源解列装置,但从运行经验和现场试验的情况看,其动作情况并不理想。主要原因是小电源输入功率与当时所带负荷大小的比值不确定,母线失压后残余电压持续时间不确定,造致电源解列装置无法正确动作。因此有必要对切除小电源的回路进行改进。
