变加载模拟系统是航天型号半实物仿真环节中非常重要的一环,本文通过变加载试验,探讨了在使用弹上实物运行真实弹道的情况下,变负载模拟器代替不同梯度传统钢板加载的可行性。实现了传统钢板加载不能实现的反向加载和实时可变加载,证明了实时可变加载对于控制系统的可行性。分析了加载系统在不同加载情况下对舵机系统线位移和舵轴外端角位移的影响,为今后舵机系统舵轴外舵面位移控制的进一步研究提供了一种试验手段,具有较大的参考价值。
Variable loading simulation system is a very important part in the semi-physical simulation of aerospace models. In this paper, through the variable loading test, we discuss the feasibility of using a variable load simulator to replace the loading of traditional steel plates with different gradient, Sex. Which realizes the reverse loading and real-time variable loading which can not be achieved by traditional steel loading, and proves the feasibility of real-time variable loading for the control system. The influence of loading system on the line displacement of the steering gear system and the angular displacement of the rudder shaft at different loading conditions is analyzed. This provides a test method for further research on the control of rudder surface rudder displacement in the future. The reference value.
