我院自1995年6月创办滁州市第一人民医院分院(暨红十字急救中心)以来,探索着应用合同制进行人员管理,取得了一些成效。 1 合同制人员管理的目标及实施办法 实行合同制管理,主要目标是为了“打破铁饭碗,废除平均主义,奖勤罚懒,优胜劣汰”。公开向社会招聘,条件是中专(医技、药、护理人员)或本科(临床医生)以上学历的业务人员,有一定的临床实践或业务特长。通过业务考试和技术考核,录用了54人。其中,护理人员36人、放射人员3人,检验人员4人、中、西药人员5人、临床医生6人。所有人员,首先要进行岗前培训3~6个月,然
Since the establishment of the First People’s Hospital of Cangzhou City (Chongqing Red Cross Emergency Center) in June 1995, the Institute has explored the application of the contract system for personnel management and achieved some results. 1 The objectives and implementation measures of contractual personnel management The implementation of the contract management system aims to “break the iron rice bowl, abolish egalitarianism, reward fine work, and eliminate the inferior.” Recruitment to the public is open, provided that the business personnel of technical secondary school (medical technology, medicine, nursing staff) or undergraduate (clinician) degree or above have certain clinical practice or business expertise. Through business examinations and technical assessments, 54 people were recruited. Among them, there were 36 nurses, 3 radiologists, 4 inspectors, 5 Chinese and Western medicine personnel, and 6 clinicians. All personnel must first undergo pre-job training for 3 to 6 months.
