对30名正常人和32例慢性阻塞性肺病无肺心病者(COPD)及36例慢性阻塞性肺病伴有肺心病者(肺心病)应用超声显像观察隔肌活动幅度、呼气和吸气期时间、运动速度、膈肌厚度以及吸气期隔肌增厚率,并对部分观察者进行功能残气住最大吸鼻法测定最大跨膈压(PdiSniff)。结果表明,徐呼气Ⅰ期幅度在三组间、吸气期幅度在COPD与肺心病组无显著性差异外,余项均有显著性差异。PdiSniff与吸气期膈肌增厚率、吸气及呼气期膈肌运动速度有较高的相关性。
Thirty normal subjects, 32 COPD patients and 36 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease) were examined with ultrasound imaging to observe the changes of inspiratory muscle activity, exhalation and inspiration Time, exercise velocity, diaphragmatic muscle thickness and inspiratory muscle thickening rate. Some observers were tested for maximum transphrenic pressure (PdiSniff) by maximal suction nasal method. The results showed that the amplitude of stage Ⅰ in Xu breath was between the three groups, and the range of inspiratory phase was not significantly different between COPD and pulmonary heart disease group, with the remaining significant differences. PdiSniff and inspiratory diaphragmatic thickening rate, inspiratory and expiratory diaphragmatic movement velocity has a higher correlation.
