质量管理在消化道内镜清洗消毒流程中的运用分析

目的探讨质量管理在消化道内镜清洗消毒流程中的运用效果,为提高内镜清洗消毒效果、简化内镜清洗消毒流程提供参考依据。方法选取2013年8月-2015年8月880条消化道内镜,按时间段分为试验组和对照组,各440条消化道内镜;对照组实施传统清洁、消毒流程,试验组实施质量管理清洁、消毒流程,两组各抽取200例内镜使用患者,比较两组内镜清洗消毒效果,数据采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验组清洁质量达标率为99.1%,消毒质量达标率为97.7%,显著高于对照组的95.7%、94.3%;试验组细菌学监测合格率100.0%,显著高于对照组的98.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组活检钳管道维修、清洗刷更换频率、内镜表面黄斑、纱布损耗以及清洗剂更换频率,显著少于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜清洗消毒过程中实施质量管理效果理想,能够提高内镜清洗消毒合格率,降低患者使用时感染发生率,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of quality management in the digestive tract endoscope cleaning and disinfection process, in order to improve the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection effect and simplify the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process to provide a reference. Methods 880 gastrointestinal endoscopes were selected from August 2013 to August 2015. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the time period, and each of the 440 gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed. In the control group, the traditional cleaning and disinfection procedures were performed. The quality of the experimental group Management of cleaning, disinfection process, two groups of 200 patients with endoscopic use of patients, compared two groups of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, the data using SPSS 18.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The compliance rate of clean quality in the experimental group was 99.1% and the disinfection quality standard rate was 97.7%, which was significantly higher than 95.7% and 94.3% in the control group. The qualified rate of bacteriological monitoring in the experimental group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.0% The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The biopsy forceps in the test group were significantly less than those in the control group in terms of pipeline repair, brush replacement frequency, endoscopic macular surface, gauze loss and cleaning agent replacement frequency. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The endoscopic cleaning and disinfection of the implementation of quality management is satisfactory, can improve the rate of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, reduce the incidence of infection in patients, it is worth promoting the application.
