随着广播电视事业的快速发展,主持与播音专业在各大高校的开办呈现遍地开花的态势,其中高职院校就占了半壁江山。而与红红火火的招生情势不太相称的是该专业日益严峻的就业形势和教师队伍质量的参差不齐。教师水平的高低直接决定了人才培养的质量,以就业为导向的高职院校主持与播音专业人才培养呼唤特色师资队伍。而眼下主播专业师资却呈现出教学理念与教学方法落伍、数量不足等问题,要构建主持与播音专业特色化的师资队伍,就应该在观念上转化、结构上优化、培养上细化方面做文章。
