云南省大理地区特产草药柴龙金系蓝堇科植物攀援指叶紫堇(Dactylicapnos scandens Hutch)。从紫金龙根中分离到数种生物碱,其中右旋异紫堇定(d—isecorybine Isoc)得率为生药的5.2％。
Dali District, Yunnan Province, the specialty of herbal Chailong gold series blue plant maple climbing aids (Dactylicapnos scandens Hutch). Several alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Zijinlong. Among them, d-isecorybine Isoc was obtained as 5.2% of crude drug.
