目的 研究孕酮受体和催乳素在人蜕膜间质细胞内的定位及表达。方法 应用免疫组化双染法定位人蜕膜间质细胞内孕酮受体和催乳素。结果 蜕膜化的间质细胞胞浆内呈催乳素阳性染色。在蜕膜间质细胞内,孕酮受体染色完全定位在胞核内。当用孕酮受体和催乳素双染时,产生催乳素的细胞显示微弱的孕酮受体染色,而催乳素阴性的细胞则有很强的孕酮受体染色。米非司酮治疗过的蜕膜内,催乳素染色减低,而组织内孕酮受体的染色则更强更广泛。结论 在人蜕膜间质细胞内,孕酮受体和催乳素的表达呈相反的关系,而米非司酮的治疗可以转变这种关系。
Objective To study the localization and expression of progesterone receptor and prolactin in human decidual stromal cells. Methods Immunohistochemical double staining was used to detect progesterone receptor and prolactin in human decidual interstitial cells. Results The decidualized interstitial cells showed prolactin positive staining. In decidual interstitial cells, progesterone receptor staining is completely localized in the nucleus. Prolactin-producing cells showed weak progesterone receptor staining when progesterone receptor and prolactin double staining, while prolactin-negative cells showed strong progesterone receptor staining. Within the decidua treated with mifepristone, prolactin staining was reduced, whereas the progesterone receptor staining in the tissues was stronger and more extensive. Conclusions The expression of progesterone receptor and prolactin is inversely related to the expression of progesterone in human decidual stromal cells, and the treatment with mifepristone can change this relationship.
