通过对装卸料机堆芯定位精度的影响因素分析,将装卸料机设备各个参数对堆芯定位的影响进行量化。为了降低“单点定位法”及“改进型四点定心平均步长定位法”中堆芯相邻组件间步长选取带来的定位误差,提出“量规精确法”堆芯定位技术,并成功应用于某核电厂。结果表明,“量规精确法”堆芯定位技术大大降低了堆芯步长选取过程中的测量误差;将堆芯内坐标点最小预量从传统的7 mm提高至11 mm。
Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the core positioning accuracy of the loading and discharging machine, the influence of each parameter of the loading and unloading machine equipment on the core positioning is quantified. In order to reduce the positioning error caused by the selection of the step length between adjacent components in the “single point positioning method” and “improved four-point centering average step positioning method” Core positioning technology, and successfully applied to a nuclear power plant. The results show that the measurement accuracy of the core-positioning technology greatly reduces the measurement error in the core-step selection process and increases the minimum pre-measurement of the coordinate point in the core from the traditional 7 mm to 11 mm.
