目的:探讨益肾降浊方联合结肠透析疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:选择66例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在临床基础治疗的基础上给予结肠透析治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益肾降浊方治疗,以1周为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程后,分析比较两组患者的肾功能相关指标、微炎症状态以及ALB和β-MG的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.9%,对照组为72.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清TNF-α和h S-CRP含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Scr、BUN指标均出现显著降低(P<0.05),Ccr指标出现显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的Scr、BUN指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ccr指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ALB和β-MG含量均出现显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后ALB和β-MG含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾降浊方联合结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,能够有效延缓病情的发展,减轻患者的微炎症状态,改善患者的肾功能。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo combined with colonic dialysis on chronic renal failure. Methods: Sixty-six patients with chronic renal failure were selected as study subjects and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random principle. The control group was treated with colon dialysis on the basis of clinical treatment. The treatment group was treated with Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction on the basis of the control group. One course of treatment was given for one week. Conclusion: Yishen Jiangzhuo combined with colonic dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure can effectively delay the progression of the disease, alleviate the micro-inflammatory state and improve the renal function of the patients.
