人力资源管理技术是近年来我国企业非常重视的一种管理员工的手段和措施,而员工职业生涯规划管理作为近几年来比较流行的一种人力资源管理手段,必然是有其独到之处,本文将以国有企业为例,深度分析目前我国在企业职业规划生涯当中存在的问题,并且针对这个问题提出自己的看法和解决方案。
Human resource management technology is one of the means and measures to manage employees in our country in recent years. As a kind of human resources management method that is popular in recent years, employee career planning and management must have its own uniqueness. Taking the state-owned enterprises as an example, this paper analyzes the current problems in the career planning of enterprises in our country, and puts forward my own views and solutions to this problem.
