课堂教学是教学工作的主阵地,有序地课堂教学是课堂教学工作的重要保障。课堂秩序的好与坏并不取决于教师的威严,而是教师对课堂的驾驭调控能力和教师对学生的学习习惯的培养。由于小学生的年龄特征决定了他们好动、注意力集中时间较短等特点。所以,小学英语课堂组织较难,教师教的辛苦。如何改变这种现状?在多年的教学工作中我有以下几点做法,拿来和大家一起分享。
Classroom teaching is the main front for teaching work. Classroom teaching is an important guarantee for classroom teaching. Class order is not good or bad depends on the teacher’s majesty, but the teacher’s ability to control the classroom control and teacher training of students’ learning habits. Due to the age characteristics of primary school students determine their mobility, short time and so concentrate on the characteristics. Therefore, the primary English classroom organization more difficult for teachers to teach. How to change the status quo?
