本实验分别在大鼠慢性饥饿和复食过程中投与吗啡受体拮抗剂-纳洛酮,观察了它对在这些过程中所发生的垂体-性腺轴功能变化的影响。所得结果如下:1、慢性间歇性饥饿可使大鼠动情周期紊乱,甚至中止,卵巢和子宫萎缩,血清LH浓度降低和垂体(LH)浓度升高。纳洛酮对这些改变具有一定程度的拮抗作用。2、纳洛酮对饥饿时所发生的上述改变的拮抗作用可被吗啡所反转。3、纳洛酮对重饲期大鼠动情周期的恢复具有促进作用。这些结果提示内源性吗啡肽参与慢性饥饿时垂体-性腺轴功能的变化。
In this study, we administered morphine receptor antagonist naloxone during chronic starvation and re-feeding in rats respectively and observed its effect on the changes of pituitary-gonad axis function in these processes. The results are as follows: 1, chronic intermittent hunger can make the rat estrous cycle disorder, or even stop ovarian and uterine atrophy, decreased serum LH concentration and pituitary (LH) concentrations. Naloxone has a somewhat antagonistic effect on these changes. 2. Antagonism of naloxone on the above changes occurring during starvation can be reversed by morphine. Naloxone can promote the recovery of estrous cycle in refeeding rats. These results suggest that endogenous morphine is involved in the changes of pituitary-gonadal axis function in chronic starvation.
