本文报告采用体外肺泡巨噬细胞培养法,观察丹参对染石英尘肺泡巨噬细胞功能和形态的影响。结果可见,在丹参作用下肺泡巨噬细胞以活跃型多见,而石英尘作用的细胞以衰老、破坏型多见;丹参能够减轻石英尘引起的细胞脂质过氧化反应,增强抗氧化物酶活性,具有保护肺泡巨噬细胞的作用。
This article reports the use of alveolar macrophage culture in vitro to observe the effects of Danshen on the function and morphology of dust-derived alveolar macrophages. The results showed that the active alveolar macrophages in Salvia miltiorrhiza more active, and the role of quartz dust aging cells, destruction of more common; Salvia can reduce the quartz dust-induced lipid peroxidation and enhance the antioxidant enzyme Activity, with the protection of alveolar macrophages.
