From January to November 1990, pressure steam sterilization was performed in nine municipal hospitals. Check each point with the simultaneous placement of Stereothermophilus sp., SY-1 autoclave and 3M tape. The results showed that the qualified rate of biological indicator was 50.00% (31/62), and the sterilization indicator tube was 61.22% (30/49). The coincidence string between the two is better, 91.84% (45/49). Check at the same time placed 3M tape, all points are
