介绍了新一代的工业窑炉(锅炉)多变量模糊控制与智能管理系统,它以先进的多变量模糊控制技术为核心,综合了成熟的工业控制机硬件技术、网络通信技术和面向对象软件编程技术,可有效地控制工业窑炉(锅炉)的燃烧过程,加强现场管理水平,从而达到提高窑炉产品质量、节能和污染控制等目的。不同类型工业窑炉(锅炉)的实际应用证明了该系统的先进、成熟和可靠性,具有显著的运行效果。
This paper introduces a new generation of multivariable fuzzy control and intelligent management system for industrial furnace (boiler). It takes the advanced multivariable fuzzy control technology as the core and integrates the mature industrial control hardware technology, network communication technology and object-oriented software programming Technology can effectively control the combustion process of industrial kilns (boilers) and enhance the level of on-site management so as to achieve the objective of improving kiln product quality, energy saving and pollution control. The practical application of different types of industrial furnaces (boilers) proves that the system is advanced, mature and reliable with significant operational results.
