在推进百万千瓦级核电站压力容器的国产化过程中,为评价该项目材料性能,开展了材料辐照考验。为确定辐照试验关键指标——快中子注量的准确性,在材料辐照开始前进行条件试验,准确测量辐照位置快中子注量率,对材料辐照时间进行控制。辐照期间同时布置活化探测片,测量样品真实的辐照快中子注量。试验结果表明:条件试验测量结果比较好的反应了辐照装置内中子注量率,全部4批次辐照试验均满足目标要求,与目标值最小偏差为1.00%,最大偏差6.58%。试验中子注量控制符合要求。
In advancing the domestication of pressure vessels in a million-kilowatt nuclear power plant, a material irradiation test was carried out to evaluate the material properties of the project. In order to determine the accuracy of fast neutron flux, a key indicator of irradiation test, the condition test was carried out before material irradiation started, the fast neutron fluence rate at irradiation position was accurately measured, and the irradiation time of material was controlled. During the irradiation, activated probe sheets are arranged at the same time to measure the real irradiated fast neutron flux of the sample. The experimental results show that the results of the condition test reflect the neutron flux rate in the irradiation device well, and all four batches of irradiation tests meet the target requirements with the minimum deviation from the target value of 1.00% and the maximum deviation of 6.58%.
