针对橡胶轮胎混合生产过程,建立了其调度模型。通过将炼胶等连续生产过程离散化整量化,得到了一致的离散调度系统。给出了离散化时间周期的选择方法和调度系统优化方法。对上海载重轮胎厂子午线轮胎生产过程这一典型的混合系统的调度设计结果表明,这种方法对于轮胎橡胶混合生产过程具有较好的适用性。
A scheduling model was established for the mixed production process of rubber tires. By discretely quantifying the continuous production processes such as rubber compounding, a consistent discrete dispatch system was obtained. Discrete time period selection methods and scheduling system optimization methods are given. The results of the scheduling design of a typical hybrid system for the production of radial tires at the Shanghai Truck Tire Plant show that this method has good applicability to the tire rubber compounding process.
