陕西省第二届第一次各界人民代表会议送交陕西省人民政府的代表提案共五六八件。计政法类七二件,财经类三四二件,文教卫生类一四一件,军事及其他类一三件。省人民政府收到后即按性质分别责成各业务主管部门认真办理。截至目前为止,已经完全办理和办理一部的四一○件;已经着手办理和正在计划办理的五五件;因与上级规定不合或不是当前急需办理的以及目前条件限制暂时不能办理的一○三件。提案中百分之八五以上(四八三件)是有关经济建设和文化建设方面的。这些提案是全省各族各界广大人民的意见的集中反映。这些提案充分表明了全省人民对本省经济和文化建教的极大热情和共同愿望。一年半来,省人民政府就是依此布署和进行工作的。由于各级党政的正确领导和广大人民群众的热烈支持,各方面的工作都取得了一定成绩。现在只就提案的执行情况,择要简述如下: A total of 568 proposals were submitted to the representatives of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government for the first session of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress.
