“全面两孩”政策背景下,女性在家庭和工作之间的“两立”问题再次成为关注的焦点,就业与儿童照料等因素影响着女性的生育意愿。文章采用问卷与访谈结合的方式,将女性工作强度、家庭照料时长等多种因素纳入考量范围,得出照料效果、照料时间与工作时间、工作强度、就业观念呈负相关,生育意愿受到女性就业观念、工作强度,工作时间及照料效果影响的结论。针对以上问题,提出相关的政策和建议,以促进全面两孩政策的良好推行。 Under the policy of “all-round two children”, the issue of “two strands” of women between family and work has once again become the focus of attention. Factors such as employment and child care affect women’s fertility wishes.
