目的 通过观察眼轴和角膜屈光力 ,了解先天性白内障儿童的眼球发育状况。方法 将64例单眼先天性白内障和 1 0 7例双眼先天性白内障患儿分为 1岁以下、 1~ 3岁、 4~ 5岁、 6~ 9岁、1 0岁以上 5个年龄组比较分析其眼轴和角膜屈光力情况。结果 在P =0 0 5水平上只有 1~ 3岁组单眼先天性白内障患眼眼轴较健眼有显著性差异 ;单眼先天性白内障与双眼先天性白内障患眼轴长度无显著性差异 ;64 4%先天性白内障眼眼轴长于正常同龄儿童均值 ;单眼先天性白内障患儿的患眼与健眼间角膜屈光力无显著性差异。结论 形觉剥夺只是影响先天性白内障眼轴发育的诸多因素之一 ,为儿童先天性白内障选择人工晶状体屈光度时也应考虑其他因素对眼轴发育的影响。
Objective To observe the ocular development of children with congenital cataract by observing the axial and corneal refractive power. Methods 64 cases of monocular congenital cataracts and 107 cases of cataract with congenital cataracts were divided into five groups: 1 year old, 1 to 3 years old, 4 to 5 years old, 6 to 9 years old, and over 10 years old. The axial and corneal refractive power situation. Results At the P = 0 05 level, the ocular axial length of monocular congenital cataracts was significantly different from that of healthy eyes in only 1 ~ 3 years old group. There was no significant difference in axial length of congenital cataracts between monocular eyes and congenital cataracts. 64 4% of congenital cataract ocular axial length in children with normal age mean; monocular congenital cataract in children with eye and eye corneal refractive power was no significant difference. Conclusion Form deprivation is only one of the many factors that affect the axial development of congenital cataract. The influence of other factors on ocular axis development should also be considered when choosing intraocular lens refractive power for congenital cataract in children.
