肿瘤标志物Tumour M2-PK(M2型丙酮酸激酶)是近年来研究较多的一种新型肿瘤标志物,其血清表达水平对肺癌、胃肠道肿瘤、乳腺癌等肿瘤的诊断、疗效评价、治疗监测及判断预后等非常有价值,现对这一领域的研究进展做一综述。 Tumor M2-PK (M2 pyruvate kinase) is a new type of tumor marker that has been studied more and more in recent years. The serum level of Tumour M2-PK has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and breast cancer. Treatment monitoring and prognosis of judgment is very valuable, now the research progress in this area are reviewed.
