前列腺素(PGs)与生殖生理现象的关系日益受到重视,而孕卵着床及子宫内膜蜕膜化的关系尤为重要。由于分泌期子宫内膜抑制PGs合成,而蜕膜化的子宫内膜则产生PGs,这种PGs量的变化是否与妊娠早期绒毛所分泌的大量绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)有关,值得认真探讨。本文作者自妊娠6~8周妇女的子宫内取出蜕膜,迅速切成1~2 mm大小,称取约10mg放入有各种添加剂的培养液中,分别加入10IU,100IU和1,000IU的hCG,在9.5%O_2,5%CO_2,37℃下预孵育2小时,然后培养24小时,取出培养液中的PGs,用放免方法测定。结果表明,随着hCG量的增加,蜕膜中PGE_2,PGF_(2α),6-酮-PGF_(1α)的产生也增多。尤其是添加
The relationship between prostaglandin (PGs) and reproductive physiology has been paid more and more attention. The relationship between implantation and endometrial decidualization is very important.
