Infection with new penicillin-resistant strains and other multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is now more and more common, and even antibiotic susceptible strains cause severe infections of Staphylococcus aureus and are difficult to treat. The combined use of antibiotics will help to solve the above two problems, which also have some in vitro studies. However, the question of how to use in vitro experimental results to explain clinical phenomena has not been solved yet. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the combined use of antibiotics in in vitro and in mouse model of infection. Studied clindamycin and rifampin, as well as o-chlorocyanine
