教学活动中教师是学生习得知识的导学者,知识的流向会由教师导向学生,教师的导学能力与学生习得知识呈正比关系。因之,提高高职英语教学质量的关键因素在于提高英语教师教学能力的修养,且高职英语教师教学能力修养是一个贯穿于职业生涯全过程的实践链条。本文从三个方面阐述,高职英语教师教学能力修养即教学观念、知识储备、教学方法三个方面。
Teachers in teaching activities are learners who learn knowledge, and the flow of knowledge will be directed by teachers to students. Teachers ’ability of directing and acquiring students’ knowledge is in direct proportion. Therefore, the key factor to improve the quality of English teaching in higher vocational schools is to improve the teaching ability of English teachers, and to cultivate the teaching ability of English teachers in higher vocational schools is a practice chain that runs through the whole process of their careers. This article elaborates from three aspects. The cultivation of teaching ability of English teachers in higher vocational colleges is three aspects: teaching concept, knowledge reserve and teaching methods.
