目的利用功能性核磁共振成像(f MRI)技术评估三叉神经痛患者处于静息状态下大脑自发性功能活动变化。方法选择原发性三叉神经痛(ITN)患者组26例,健康对照组22例,受试者静息态下进行功能性核磁共振扫描。利用DPARSF软件对图像进行处理,得到两组人员的全脑平均低频振幅率(mf ALFF)值。使用SPM12和SPSS 17.0软件分析数据。结果两组受试人员在年龄、受教育程度和男女比例上差异无统计学意义;ITN患者组部分脑区mf ALFF值明显高于健康对照组,分别是:左侧枕中回(BA18)、枕下回(BA19)、三角部额下回(BA47)、梭状回(BA37)、小脑脚1区、距状裂周围皮层、中央旁回,右侧背外侧额上回(BA8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 ITN患者多个相关脑区的mf ALFF值增高,提示患者在静息状态下,部分脑区的活动改变可能与疼痛的调节或感觉的整合有关。
Objective To assess the functional changes of spontaneous brain function in patients with trigeminal neuralgia at rest by using functional magnetic resonance imaging (f MRI). Methods Twenty-six patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia (ITN) and 22 healthy controls were enrolled. Subjects underwent resting magnetic resonance imaging. The images were processed using DPARSF software to obtain the whole brain average low frequency amplitude (mf ALFF) values for both groups. Analyze the data using SPM12 and SPSS 17.0 software. Results There was no significant difference in age, educational attainment and male-female ratio between the two groups. The mf ALFF value in some brain regions of ITN patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls (BA18, (BA19), sub-parietal (BA47), fusiform gyrus (BA37), cerebellar pedicel region 1, the parietal fissure around the cortex, central paravertebral, right dorsolateral frontal gyrus (BA8) There was statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The mf ALFF of multiple related brain regions in patients with ITN is increased, suggesting that the activity of some brain regions may be related to the regulation of pain or the integration of sensation in resting state.
