高职院校教师文化特质是高职院校教师文化与学校文化的基本要素,具有教师职业共有的文化和高职院校教师独有的文化特性。实然状态中高职院校教师文化特质存在的问题有:固守教师权威,缺乏对高职教育理念的正确认识;独具“匠”心,缺乏成为“专家型教师”的动力;深受功利主义影响,缺乏服务学生的意识。应然状态下高职院校教师文化特质的重建应从以下四个方面着手:培育职业理想,从“经师”走向“人师”;塑造研究型文化氛围,重建技术型权威;树立专业服务意识,形成教学实践智慧;坚守职业教育信念,开展自我研究。
The cultural qualities of teachers in higher vocational colleges are the basic elements of teacher culture and school culture in higher vocational colleges.
