为研究屈服强度为550 MPa及以上的钢构件的局部屈曲,考虑到构件局部屈曲与其截面的板件宽厚比有密切联系,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,对Q550GJC高强度焊接H形钢柱截面板件在地震作用下的宽厚比限值进行分析。通过考虑构件的材料非线性、几何非线性、初始几何缺陷和焊接残余应力等影响,对钢柱进行压弯滞回计算,得到构件的骨架曲线,并从中计算出构件的延性系数。结果表明:得到的Q550GJC焊接H形钢柱截面板件在地震作用下的宽厚比限值符合GB 50011—2010《建筑抗震设计规范》的规定。
In order to study the local buckling of steel members with yield strength of 550 MPa and above, considering the local buckling of members is closely related to the aspect ratio of the cross-section of the members, ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the Q550GJC high-strength welded H- Seismicity under the aspect ratio analysis. By considering the material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity, initial geometric imperfections and welding residual stress, the steel columns are subjected to compression-bending hysteretic calculation to obtain the skeleton curve of the component and calculate the ductility coefficient of the component. The results show that the width-to-thickness ratio of the Q550GJC welded H-section steel column under seismic action meets the requirements of GB 50011-2010 “Seismic Design Code for Buildings”.
