本文在论述伪满进行城市规划建设的目的、方案及其实施手段的基础上,着力剖析伪满城市规划建设中所体现的殖民特征,指出伪满城市的近代化是日伪统治当局强制推行殖民政策的结果,更是牺牲东北广大人民利益的结果。最终导致城市按照日本的规划畸形发展,并逐渐向殖民地化城市演变。 Based on the purpose, plan and means of implementation of city planning and construction of the Manchukuo, this paper tries to analyze the colonial characteristics embodied in the city planning and construction of the Manchukuo, and points out that the modernization of the city of Manchukuo is the imposition of colonial rule by Japanese and Vietnamese rulers The result of the policy is even the result of sacrificing the interests of the broad masses of people in northeast China. Eventually, the city degenerated in accordance with the Japanese plan and gradually evolved into a colonial city.
