在2008年生猪和猪肉市场持续高价和国家扶持生猪生产发展政策的拉动下,生猪养殖快速发展,在2009年生猪生产周期性调整中,全国生猪产能过剩的情况没有得到根本解决,形成了供大于求的格局,肉价随之出现下跌。由于各方积极努力,生猪产能在低谷期积极调整,于2010年6月中旬猪肉价格止跌触底反弹。受生猪供应偏紧影响,2011年上半年往年的季节性下降周期没有出现,尤其“五一”过后猪肉价格不但没有回落,反而加速上涨。由于猪肉价格大涨,猪粮比价持续走高,猪粮比价超过5∶1已满一年,生猪养殖的利润水平达到最好水平,基本与2008年盈利最高点持平。此番猪肉价格上涨供给减少是主要原因,成本上涨助推价格高涨,稳定生产成头等大事,各方应理性对待,稳定生产,多措并举应对策。
